Why Is Seo So Important To My Websitec

Once your website has been launched it will not immediately receive internet traffic on its own. You must fully market and advertise your website if you desire for it to generate traffic. If you are selling products from your website or desire to sell services from your website then you must understand how important it is for you to obtain high levels of targeted internet traffic. You will want to be certain that people who are looking for the types of services that you offer are fully capable of finding your website at a moments notice.

This is where a SEO service can benefit a website greatly. SEO is short for Search Engine Optimization. This is the process wherein your website is designed and then filled with content that includes what are known as keywords. Keywords are single words or phrases that relate to the type of content that your website features.

For example, if your website focuses on the topic of Iphone Applications then you will want to include these two words in the written content of your website numerous times. You will also want to list specific applications by name.

The reason for this is simple. Search engines like Google send what are known as robots and spiders to every website on the internet. These elements read the content on a website and look for repeated phrases that explain the type of content on the website. They then report this information back to their main search engine so that it can rank the website based on this keywording.

If your website is not Search Engine Optimized then your website will be incapable of producing high volumes of traffic. This is because people will simply not be able to find your website unless they know the direct link or have discovered it through another type of advertising.

Often times a company or individual will attempt to generate keyword friendly content on their own in order to boost their search engine ranking. However, they often times overuse the keywords. When doing this search engines mark these websites as being spam related and remove them from their rankings. This could have detrimental effects on your company if you make this mistake.

This is why you are best suited to make use of a professional service that actually specializes in web design and Search Engine Optimization. Many such companies available on the market today offer both CMS web design services and Search Engine Optimization services in a single package. This allows a consumer to save big money if they need to make use of both services.

  1. What is a good example of a CMS platform I can provide to my web design customers?
I design websites for people, and want to provide them with a content management system with my company name and logo on it, but don’t want to have to pay for it.

What is a good example of a free, easy-to-use platform?

  2. How many web design companies use wordpress as a cms?
How many web design companies use wordpress as a cms? Like companies who design websites around existing (or custom) wordpress templates… I know there are a ton of internet businesses selling themes, but I am wondering about the actual custom web design companies out there… Thanks!
Hah, just to clarify… I mean, like a restaurant business wants a website, so they go to a design company and pay a good amount of money for a website, -are alot of these companies just designing around wordpress themes? Thanks…

  3. I prefer wordpress. One of the reasons I like it is because it has 1 click updates for security fixes, etc. There are also tons of great wordpress themes to use with it.

It is available as a one-click install through most web hosts.

  4. Hi My personal Website was designed and the content management system was done by Shapia software Solution, their wesite is:
There provide me wordpress content management system, they are also providing joomla content management. I really love the way the content being managed on my website

  5. Jumping off from What MCE has stated Yes CMS is Content Management System, Many of them are template based, but require those templates to be formated into the CMS being used, Much of the “Web Design Software that I have encountered is Great for What is referred to as a “Static” web site. What “Static” is implying is that each “file” or Page” is not intended to change. Many of the features of current web sites aren’t automagically build into the entries of a CMS or at least the option to allow visitors to use them.

Another way to state the difference between the two would be to look at the web design software as it it were a plastic surgeon And the CMS as the skeleton of the web site as a whole

  6. most marketable CMS for a web designer/developer to learn?
Which CMS is the most marketable? I’m just getting started in web design, and want to start off by just learning one system (since they seem pretty complex) but I want to figure out which one is the most popular/in demand first. I’m trying to chose between WP, Joombla, and Drupal. Anyone have any ideas?

  7. Yes. Most customers want the ability to change content themselves.

Not all of them use an open source CMS such as Joomla; some have their own custom CMS.

I often make custom CMS for sites with TinyMCE because canned CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, etc. tends to be either too complicated or a $10 solution to a 50-cent problem.

The days of being able to charge for simple Web site updates are over. One way or another, you need to provide CMS to your customers.

  8. I’d go Joomla, due to its popularity and the number of modules it has available.

WordPress isn’t strictly a content management system, but it can be used that way.
