What is a website buildercA website builder is simply software that helps someone build their own website without having to learn technical stuff such as coding. There are a wide variety of website builders on the market. Some are free, others relatively cheap and some cost a pretty penny. The decision as to which to use will depend on your budget and what your website will be used for. Some builders that have received good reviews that are available online for free or on a trial basis include the following: Yahoo Web Hosting This offers easy-to-use design templates that you can customize for any business. 5. What kind of website is best for website building and hosting?
I am starting a business and I wanted a nice, professional looking website but either be inexpensive or easy to build seeing as I have no knowledge of website publishing.

  6. They are all different things.

Website hosting refers to where you store the files that make up your website. This is usually on a server that is dedicated to displaying web pages on the Internet.

Website Design is mostly coding the elements that make up the visual aspects of a website.

Web development is adding extra code that creates functionality on a website (like a contact page or a shopping cart application).

So, for a little example….Let’s say you design a contact form, getting the layout exactly like you want it with labels and text boxes for input. That is the Web Design aspect. Then you have to create some code in the code-behind file to actually make the contact form work (i.e. capturing the user input, validating their input, and sending the information to the site owner). That is the web development aspect. Finally, you load the web page and the code-behind file to a web server so it becomes available on the Internet for other people. That is the web hosting aspect.

    Hope that helps!

  7. Just starting out you need domain and hosting. What domain? Think “What is my website about?” You also need to read some things. Since you’re new I would recommend learning HTML and CSS. Just google those two things and that will be a HUGE help in the long run. Advanced things include Joomla, Drupal, PHP, AJAX, but I guarantee that learning the basics (HTML and CSS) first will help tremendously.

Basically I want to find a website that I can use to build and host my own website. Hosting pictures is a must. I need to be able to make changes to the pictures and text daily. I also am looking for something that is not to difficult. Any advice or recommendations would be great.
